The Care Team
AVSICare provides this full-coverage service program which guarantees a fixed cost for repairs and absolute top quality service. Platinum covers all service calls, parts, materials, and labor for any defective or breakage of any system component installed by AVSIGroup that has been under "normal use". Certain exclusions may apply.
Block of Time
This AVSICare program allows for the purchase of a pre-determined number of hours which can be used for service calls, system assessments, upgrades, training, and more. Necessary or requested parts are billed as need, with client approval. Unused hours can be rolled into subsequent years.
Ramon Gonzales, CTS
A Houston-area native, Ramon has worked in the technology industry for 25 years. With roots in service, he was drawn to the world of AV integration and collaboration, working as a service technician to some of the best integrators in the area. He joined the AVSIGroup team in 2015, and has developed his name as a methodical, professional problem-solver. Ramon holds many professional certifications and is equipped to handle even the toughest issues. He is an essential part of the AVSICare service team.
Scott Champagne, CTS
A lifelong Houstonian with a heart for service, Scott brings strong organizational management to the AVSIGroup team. Informed by an AV/audio engineering background, he manages all aspects of the AVSICare team. Clients rely on Scott to help shape and manage system maintenance plans. Scott keeps AVSICare sharp and focused, providing clients with an unmatched level of local service. In addition to his role as Service Manager, Scott serves as AVSIGroup’s Social Media Editor.
